Ranch Style Lamb Chops
This is one of our favorite recipes and it is quite easy to make. It is always a big hit when we have visitors at our farm. You can also use goat chops and you will be surprised how delicious the meat is.
Makes 2 to 3 servings
4 4-OUNCE TIERRA DEL SOL LAMB CHOPS
4 TABLESPOONS OF TOMATO PUREE
4 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
8 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
2 TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
SALT AND PEPPER
Add salt and pepper to each lamb chop and then coat them with flour. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the lamb chops and brown them on both sides, then remove the lamb chops and place them in a casserole dish. Fry the tomato puree in the same frying pan (2 to 3 minutes) and pour it over the lamb chops. Place a lid in the casserole dish and cook in the oven at 350 0F for a couple of minutes until the lamb chops are tender and juicy.
